ORCNA XXV Jeweler Bid

We are looking for a jewellery vendor for the upcoming Convention in May 2012 in Ajax Ontario.>br>
The hours of operation for such vendor will follow the schedule of our merchandising store hours of operation. The recommended hours for our on site store are as follows:
- Friday 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, and after opening speaker for two hours.
-Saturday 10:00am – 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, and two hours after the main speaker
-Sunday 9:00 am – 11:00 am.

Hours may vary slightly but this will be very close. The vendor will comply with set out schedule.

We will be using a 3 quote policy as per Article 9.0d in our policy and procedures
The practice of allowing commercial vendors to sell their products is restricted to one outside vendor who is selling merchandise not in conflict with the convention merchandising committee. The vendor must hold a current NAWS commercial vendor permit, and donate a portion of the proceeds of their sales to the convention. The contract between the selected vendor and the ORC must be negotiated and signed by the convention Chairperson and the OCRC. Any vendor selected will conform to all ORC directives.
