Hi, Rick here, and I am an addict. I am your new ORCNA XXV chairperson. I am so excited about the Central Lake Ontario Area hosting ORCNA XXV. I have been to many ORCNA conventions; they have all left lasting impressions on my mind and in my heart. One thing I know is that this Area understands Unity. I watch it live and breathe in our meetings and our committees. It is with great honour that I serve on this committee for I know we have a group of some amazing NA members serving on it. So come on out and support your ORCNA XXV committee and we look forward to seeing all of you in May 2012

Hi Friends, I'm an addict, named Tom. I'll be serving as your Vice Chairperson for the 25th Regional Convention of Narcotics Anonymous in Ontario in 2012. I have a lot of experience with ORCNA and I’m grateful to be serving again. My job as Vice Chair is to support the chairperson and provide support and coordination for Sub-committees. Treasurer
Hello everyone, I’m a grateful recovering addict and my name is Bill. I look forward to welcoming y’all to the Central Lake Ontario Area for ORCNA XXV. My past service work as the Central Lake Ontario Area Treasurer and my current position as the Ontario Regional Vice-Treasurer has provided me with a remarkable knowledge and contact base from which to draw upon. I am truly humbled to be able to assist NA in the capacity of the ORCNA XXV Treasurer. Working with the entire ORCNA XXIV committee and more specifically the Treasurer, Sean, the OCRC Ben and Alt OCRC Brenda, to ensure a successful transition, will be an excellent way to ensure, “I can’t, we can.” It will be extremely exciting celebrating a quarter century of recovery conventions in Ajax, Ontario on the May long weekend of 2012.

Hi Family: I’m an addict named Trudy, and I'm your ORCNA XXV Committee Secretary. I look forward to being of service on this Committee, to the Central Lake Ontario Area, and the Region of Ontario. How blessed we are to be hosting ORCNA XXV in our Area. I’ve had the privilege for many years to watch our Area grow into a fellowship of recovering, dedicated and grateful members, who are pumped up about hosting this convention and making it a memorable experience for everyone who attends!!! I encourage you to join us in May, 2012 to celebrate our recovery together, inspire the newcomer and old timer alike, and show our gratitude for having found a new way of life!

This will be our area's first time hosting this event and we hope to make this a memorable event. Fundraising and Entertainment Chairperson
Hi friends my name is Tony , I'm an addict and I have honour to serve NA as the Fundraising & Entertainment chair for ORCNA XXV our 25th anniversary convention. I have 12 years of experience in NA service, a big part of that in Activities putting on events in our Area that fostered unity and raised money for our Area. I have also served as an Arts & Graphics chair for London ORCNA XXII. This is a big commitment for me, and we are looking for people with fundraising experience and better yet, F&E experience on the committee. We meet on the 3rd Wed. of every month at the CAW hall at 1425 Phillip Murray Ave. Oshawa at 8:00 pm. We are very excited and are inviting everyone to come out and partake.

Hi all I am an addict and my name is Kathy. I am your Convention Information Chair for ORCNA XXV. I am truly grateful to be of service for the upcoming convention. This committee will need many volunteers and will be thankful for all the help we receive. If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity please contact me at momobs@hotmail.com. At this time we would also invite all areas to organize an ORCNA XXV fundraiser but only if their areas are able to do so. We would like to include these in our quarterly newsletter. Hotel and Hospitality Chairperson
Hi, My name is Margaret , I am the chairperson of Hotels & Hospitalities. We are currently looking for home group support to host the hospitality suite. Two members need to host the suite at all times. We will supply water and juice. Please contact our us if your home group can help supply snacks.

Merchandising Chairperson
Hi, my name is Rob and I’m an addict. I am very pleased and extremely excited to be part of the ORCNA XXV Merchandising Subcommittee. Our committee is up and running and we have all positions filled. Jeff U is our Vice Chair, Allysa J is our Treasurer, and Ian C is our Alt Treasurer. We are thrilled with the artwork that has been provided for us by our A&G committee for the pre-convention merchandise and believe that the Fellowship will be equally impressed with the winning submission. We will be asking any Area that is hosting an event that we be able to come out and sell our merchandise as long as we are not in conflict with the respected Area’s agenda. Looking forward to seeing you all in the near future and on behalf of the ORCNA XXV Merchandising Committee, we wish you another clean 24 hours

Hello fellow addicts, my name is Thomas, I am a grateful recovering addict, I am humbled to serve as the Arts and Graphics Chairperson for ORCNA XXV. I remember my first ORCNA it was XXII, I volunteered to work a door at the Merchandising room and got to meet the fellowship. It was my first taste of service. Since then I have been an active member of the activities committee of CLOANA and the GSR of my home group. I am looking forward to my continued journey in recovery.
